We commemorated our Grandpa Earth at his grave

We commemorated the deceased Hayrettin Karaca, one of the Founding Honorary Presidents of TEMA Foundation, who passed away on January 20, 2020, with a ceremony we held at his grave on the third anniversary of his death.

To the ceremony we held at the grave of Karaca in İstanbul, Edirnekapı Cemetery; TEMA Foundation Chairperson of the Board of Directors Deniz Ataç, Vice President Assoc. Dr. Pervin Olgun, General Manager Başak Yalvaç Özçağdaş, Assistant General Managers Dr. Hikmet Öztürk, Ayşe Yapıcı, Alp Akgüllü and Didem Bilgin, along with the Headquarters staff as well as the 1 millionth volunteer of the Foundation, Buğu Usanma Koban and TEMA Foundation İstanbul Beykoz District Officer Şerafettin Mart, İstanbul Beylikdüzü District Officer Ümran Can Karter and Health Sciences University Young TEMA President Ahmet Beler joined.

At the ceremony, we prayed by laying a wreath on Hayrettin Karaca's grave with the words "Our Grandpa Earth, We Will Always Remember You, We Follow in Your Footsteps".
