The project aimed to increase the capacity of our women volunteers to ensure equal representation in climate action and to train women leaders to advocate locally.
A total of 86 representatives from 29 provinces participated in the trainings that we organized during the project. Participants had the opportunity to learn about what they can do to reduce greenhouse gases that cause climate change and adapt to climate change in their regions, as well as to increase their capacities to support their advocacy work. In addition, the videos prepared within the scope of the project on "Climate Change and Women" are published as open source on the TEMA Foundation website and Youtube channel.
